Welcome to North Salem!
Northgate Neighborhood Association is one of
nineteen neighborhood associations
established by the City of Salem to provide a
place for residents and business owners to be
involved in their city. The neighborhood
associations enable residents and business
owners to have the opportunity to have
direct conversations with city staff and their
City Councilor. This is also the place where
developers may provide information on
developments coming into the neighborhood
and may seek input from neighbors on their
proposed projects.
